Questions

What does it cost?

Starting is free: teams, parents' groups, the schedule, attendance, broadcasts and the leaders' web for clubs up to 25 members. Parents don't count as members. Bigger clubs, automatic fees and email broadcasts are in Club Plus. No ads, ever.

Does everyone have to download an app?

No. The link works in the browser on phones and computers, and leaders run everything on hunchful.io. Anyone who wants notifications gets the free app for iPhone or Android.

Our kids are under 13. Does it still work?

Yes. Parents join with the team's parents' link and land in the team's parents' group, where call-ups, lifts and questions go. The leaders let them in with one tap. Kids can join themselves from 13, with a team chat of their own.

We already use a club admin system.

Keep your member register there if you like. Paste the email addresses from it and everyone gets an invitation to the right team. Hunchful takes over what happens in the Facebook group and the text thread today.

Two leaders started the same club. What happens?

Hunchful notices when the name or organisation number already exists and suggests joining as a leader instead. If there are two anyway, you merge them when a leader on each side says yes.

What about the kids' safety?

It's built in. Two adult leaders are needed before anyone under 18 joins, no leader can message a child privately, and anything reported is read by a person. Photos of kids on the club's public channel need a yes from both the child and a parent.
